Heating is both forced-air electric and there is a hefty wood stove in the living room as an alternative heat source. A lean-to off our our private well-house behind the rental is available for firewood storage. Rental has both a front and back enclosed porch additions. Rental uses a shared well, water is included and explained in the Rental Contract. This is a rural environment, so Tenant is responsible for own garbage disposal, yard maintenance, and snow removal. Tenant also responsible for power costs. Internet is available, for an additional $40 per month. ALL applicants must supply previous rental history information, knowing we will be following up for rental history references. Current employment and references will also be required.
