The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a system of trails in the open space located just 2 blocks away. Restaurants, grocery stores, gym, big chain stores within 5-10 min drive. Two suites in the home (primary suite on the upper level and the lower level suite in the basement) are for rent on a long-term basis. Two other rooms, both on the upper level have a shared bathroom and may be rented on a mid-term lease for 1-3 months at a time at certain times of the year or occupied by the owners at other times of the year. Renters will be expected to take good care of the home, maintaining a regular cleaning schedule and being responsible and respectful of using owner's furnished personal belongings. Home is fully furnished. Non-smokers only. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (inside and outside). No pets allowed, aside from owner's hypoallergenic older standard poodle. Garage is for owner's own personal use. Roommates may park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
