Super convenient location in a fun and safe neighborhood with an easy walk/bike ride to everything the east side has to offer. Schenk elementary, Whitehorse middle, and Lafollette HS. Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing, snow shoveling, and paying utilities. The lawn mower is provided. For larger snowfalls, I can bring a snowblower over at the tenants request. I can show it to interested parties most weekends or evenings. Flexible move in around November 1 to December 1. I would prefer an August renewal period but lease terms are flexible as well. I only own one other rental property so you don't have to deal with low-quality management companies like MPM. Tenants must have excellent credit and have 3.5 times the rent in verifiable income. Dogs up to 40 lbs are allowed but would require a $40 per month/per dog surcharge. Some of the yard is fenced but it's not completely fenced. Sorry, no cats. I am very firm on the no cats rule.
