Fully and tastefully furnished; 2 bedrooms and a loft, which is furnished as another bedroom; fully stocked kitchen with spices, pots/ pans, dishes, cutlery, Keurig machine, toaster, Instapot, etc.; 1-car GARAGE with extra space for storage; 2 full bathrooms; 2 upstairs decks and 1 downstairs deck; recently carpeted floors; heated kitchen tile; heated tile floor in downstairs bathroom, electric stove, ROKU smart TV in the living room which works with Roku/ fire TV, internet connection, barbecue on back deck, washer and dryer. Heating is through a furnace but please note that unfortunately, our fireplace is out of commission. We have 2 additional portable space heaters and everything has been newly weather- stripped for insulation.* Heating is controlled by the Nest thermostat. Having a garage in the midst of a Mammoth winter is a HUGE asset for you and your family. Safely stow away your car and your winter gear without exposure to the elements.
