Inspections: Routine inspections every 90 days with 24-hour notice; emergency access permitted. Subletting: Not allowed without prior written approval. Early departure: 30 days' written notice required; rent for the notice period remains due. Renter's insurance: Proof required within 14 days of move-in and at each renewal.
