Prive Room with Private Entrance in a 4 Bedroom home. Two other people are living in the home, including the homeowner. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and we like to keep it quiet. We are very respectful and always try our best to ensure our tenants are comfortable. The bathroom is shared, we mainly use it to shower since there is a master bathroom we use for everything else. The kitchen, washer, and dryer are all accessible within the house. The room has its own AC unit, heating unit and a TV.
