Property is 5 minutes from main-street Buffalo, less than 2 miles from Buffalo High School, and less than 1 mile from the St Michael road (County Road 35). Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, lawn care, and snow removal (2" or greater). Tenant responsible for gas, electric, cable, internet, phone, etc. Dogs and cats are allowed, but an additional $500 damage deposit is required and an extra $40/month rent is levied. Rent due on or before the 1st of each month; if after the 5th (grace period) a $25 fee is assessed. 60 day notice to vacate required. If tenant departs before termination of lease security deposit is forfeited and the tenant is responsible for the monthly rent until the termination of their lease or until the property is rented out, whichever comes first.
