    1409 Fontaine Road is a beautiful fieldstone four-plex. The space that's available is located on the second and third floors. This space is rather cluggie, but it works. The space on the second floor is open concept. It has a terrific front balcony that's perfect for drinking your morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon cocktail. The floors on the second level are hardwood and vinyl in the prep part of the kitchen and the bathroom. The bedrooms hardwood , the sitting area on the third level is carpeted and the bathroom is vinyl. New central heating and air conditioning has been installed throughout the building. There is a coin op Speed Queen washer/ dryer in the basement along with additional secure storage. New blacktopped on-site parking is in the rear of the building. This unit get 2 parking spaces. This place is great. It's old. It's stately and it's been fixed up, BUT it is quirky and that's what makes it so cool. A great place to call home. Owner pays for yard care, but not snow removal. Tenants pay all of their own individually controlled utilities, ie gas, electric,water, garbage.
