Pet fee of $300 will be charged for units allowing pets, if this fee is not paid pets should not ever be on the property, no dog sitting or pets on the property at any time. Breed Restrictions: The following types of dogs (whether pure bred or mix breed) are prohibited: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, German Shepherds, Huskies and any dog trained to attack persons or other animals.
