While you won't run to Starbucks quickly and pizza won't be delivered to your door, you will get plenty of blue and green therapy as you are immersed with nature. The trade off is absolutely worth it. Utilities are included. Plenty of uncovered parking! We use the three car garage to store our lake toys so we are occasionally at the property. We don't enter the private apartment space when tenants are there. We accept small dogs -but no cats due to allergies. Non- smokers only. On well water and septic. We pay garbage, electric, propane and internet. You pay cable tv if desired.
