The beautiful light oak wood and the open floor plan and the big windows that lets is so much light. It is such a cheery light house. This home was build by a contractor that lived in for his own family and he really did a superb job. The kitchen was upgraded a number of years and ago with peacock granite and the installation of a modern kitchen ceiling with new fixtures. Also at that time their were new light fixtures put in the bed rooms. The large laundry room with the very nice large sink along with its working counter space is just so useful. Also the covered area under the rain on the back patio porch watching the nice pond in the back with the pool and the water fall. This house has a very large open attic that has many square feet floored with plywood for wonderful storage. The open attic has a large area that one can easily walk about upright since to the top of peak of the roof is about nine feet. The two large beautiful rock fire places are so well done. In the back yard there is a large wooden utility building that is about 12 x 8 feet with a window on both sides and a front and back door. The smaller wood part of the house, parts other then the mostly rock, was painted a few years ago. The circular from drive is real nice for visitors or yourself to park your car with out it siting in front of the garage. Then to, to have side walks in front of a house really puts some class to it. Just a few years ago a special hail resistant roof was put on and it also has much better thermal capabilities to keep the house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
