Doublewide mobile home is white with black shutters. Mobile Home is on a private lot and very peaceful with very good family oriented neighbors. I believe you will be very impressed with the surroundings and the home. It is approximately 14 miles from SJAFB and takes approximately 20 minutes for the drive to SJAFB. If you are going toWalmart on Tommy's Rd, it takes approx 15 min or less. There are 2 decks with an alarm system (to be hooked up by tenant if so chooses) and a nice fireplace. The master bedroom and bath are a creamy soft yellow. The 2nd bedroom and 2nd bath are white. It has Sears appliances which is total electric.(not mobile home appliances.) Stove is smooth top and refrigerator is side by side that has ice maker with water dispenser. Living room, dining area, and the 3 bedrooms have LAMINATE FLOORING. Also, we changed out the shed and replaced with a very nice storage wood shed . (Not shown in pictures) Also the color of kitchen is a cream beige now. This is a gorgeous home.
