The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry, and stone countertops. Make a cup of coffee, prepare your favorite meal, or order in from one of the many great nearby restaurants. Each bedroom includes a closet, luxurious sheets, 4 pillows (2 feather, 2 gel), and a down comforter. One queen bed & one full bed. Extra large washer & dryer in-unit. All Sojourn homes come with all kitchenware and bath wares, and soaps. Bi-weekly housekeeping available for extended-stay guests. For stays between 180 - 364 days, there is a security deposit in the amount of half of the monthly rent, which is due at time of lease signing. For stays 365 days or more, there is a security deposit in the amount of one full month of rent, which is due at time of lease signing. This furnished rental is available for a minimum of 1 month but can be leased for as long as you'd like to stay! If you lease the property for 6+ months, a security deposit equal to one month's rent will be required. For any lease less than 6 months, you will purchase a $35 damage waiver in leiu of a security deposit. There will be a one-time, move-out cleaning fee for $175 if there are no pets. Pets are welcome but the one-time move-out cleaning fee will be $450.
