We are looking for responsible, clean tenants who want to enjoy the benefits of a large yard and comfortable home close to parks and five minutes from Ft. Huachuca. The back yard is a little paradise. It has established fruit trees, flowering vines, and rose bushes. A large gravel RV parking pad can also be space for a playground, trampoline, or an above-ground pool-- or all three! There is also a good-sized plot of grass, a lot of garden space, a fish pond and fountain, a hot tub under the porch, and a large dog run that stays shady throughout the day. Tenants will be responsible for maintaining the yard and the foliage, but the owner will pay the water bill so they can use as much water as they need. Thanks to large windows and scattered skylights, this house has a very light, and airy quality. The covered back porch stretches all across the house and keeps the hot sun out, helping the house stay cool all year round. Enjoy the protection of the porch during the rainy monsoon season, too. The master suite has his and her sinks, a large walk-in shower, and his and her walk-in closets. The bedroom is large and spacious and opens to the back porch next to the pond and the hot tub.
