Our home has beautiful hardwood floors upstairs and a large family room in the basement. 1.466 sq. ft. = 923 sq. ft. 1st floor; 543 sq. ft. finished in basement (923 sq. ft. basement). During our seven years in the home, we have installed a new garage door, garbage disposal, sinks and counter tops in the kitchen and second bathroom. All three toilets have been replaced. We bought a new convection stove and a new fridge. There is a new hot water heater (2013). We leveled the concrete patio in front, replaced all the windows (2011) and the front door and added insulation in the attic, including above the garage. We have redone the landscaping outside and put in a motion-activated light above the entrance sidewalk. We put new vinyl on the kitchen floor and the 2 bathroom floors upstairs. There is a small city park on this street with play equipment. We are also very close to Sawyer school. The homeowner's association put new hardi-plank siding on our house in 2011 and a new roof in 2015.
