The 2 upper floor bedrooms are suited with bathrooms and bathroom on the main level can be used by members using bedroom on main apartment level (2nd floor). Parking is secured, garage spaces for 2 vehicles. Laundry room is included. Wifi is super-fast to handle WFH, gaming and streaming apps. **If a dedicated office space is needed, owners can rearrange/remove furniture as necessary. Place is fully furnished, and most utilities included (Internet + WiFi as well) with the rent. 2 off -street parking spots, self-serve laundry. Tenant will be expected to water yard 3 days a week. Minimum lease 180 days, Initial lease can be 6-12 months. Renewals will be negotiable within 45 days of lease termination.
