Place is fully furnished, and most utilities included (Internet + WiFi as well) with the rent. 2 off -street parking spots, self-serve laundry. Tenant will be expected to water yard 3 days a week. Minimum lease 180 days, Initial lease can be 6-12 months. Renewals will be negotiable within 45 days of lease termination.
