This is a whole house (condo townhouse) 3bed/3bath condo. 3 Adult minimum - 6 max. Place is fully furnished. Wi-fi TVs are equipped to handle all streaming apps. The 2 upper floor bedrooms are suited with bathrooms and bathroom on the main level can be used by members using bedroom on main apartment level (2nd floor). Parking is secured, garage spaces for 2 vehicles. Laundry room is included. Wifi is super-fast to handle WFH, gaming and streaming apps. **If a dedicated office space is needed, owners can rearrange/remove furniture as necessary. Place is fully furnished, and most utilities included (Internet + WiFi as well) with the rent. 2 off -street parking spots, self-serve laundry. Tenant will be expected to water yard 3 days a week. Minimum lease 180 days, Initial lease can be 6-12 months. Renewals will be negotiable within 45 days of lease termination. Electricity /water/cable/internet will be billed separately and will be due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. To secure property security deposit is due no later than 14 days before move-in. Key will be turned over after receipt of both security deposit and first month's rent. We'll accept various types of payment with verified funds. Identity and income verification will be required. All malfunctioning items must be reported promptly. Any issues will be addressed within 2-4hrs. **Pet fee of $250 per pet is required to be paid in addition to Security Deposit .**Max pet of 2. Pets must be kenneled/crated if they are left alone in home. All damage from pets will be the tenant's responsibility. Renter's insurance will be verified to be submitted with signed lease.
