Place is fully furnished, and all utilities included (Internet + WiFi as well) with the rent. 2 off -street parking spots, self-serve laundry. Tenant will be expected to water yard 3 days a week. Minimum lease 30 days, Initial lease can be 6-12 months. Renewals will be negotiable within 45 days of lease termination.
To secure property security deposit is due no later than 14 days before move-in. Key will be turned over after receipt of both security deposit and first month's rent. We'll accept various types of payment with verified funds.
