Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is small. There are about 15-20 houses on our street. The other homes are very new and well kept. On one side of the street the homes are on the Waccamaw River. All the neighbors live in harmony. Our kids and dogs play together. There are neighborhood functions around the holidays. A great place for families or singles. We have a very nice boat ramp and picnic area on our street. A few of the homeowners lease the property and pay the taxes and Ins on that. You can use that area with a small donation towards those expenses.
