We LOVE this neighborhood ... The house is 915 square foot, 1940s home that is well loved. One of the only houses in the neighborhood with a garage. Nice front and back yard with shed and strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries planted in the back. Inside is all hardwoods or pergo in the kitchen. New stove is in the house from the pictures posted. It is an older home so the dishwasher is a pullup dishwasher that attaches to the sink. But well worth it to be walking distance to downtown, Krispy Kreme, Tyler's Taproom and all the new restaurants they keep building. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. No pets.
