A VAC lease agreement will be prepared by our staff at Salt Water Real Estate here in Carolina Beach in advance of your stay for accepted applications. Virtual inquiries and applicants will be reviewed on a first come-first served basis. Those requiring physical showings will be accommodated beginning 10/1. A cleaning fee of $320.00 for a post "move-out" deep clean will be included in the move-in calculations. The building is non-smoking building. Small/Med dogs ok (35 lb max) with added pet fee on a case by case basis. No smoking on premises. One carport parking pass (assigned) is provided with a replacement fee of $100 if lost or stolen. A basic cleaning fee will be collected prior to move in. Winter rental; available for 1-5 month lease. $75 credit towards utilities is provided. Any overage would be billed to the renter on a monthly basis.
