The upper floors of the house are occupied by our family of four. There is a large but steep garden and also a patio that can be used upon mutual agreement. The apartment bedroom has built-in cabinets. The bathroom is equipped with shower (no bathtub). The living/dining room adjoins a full kitchen, featuring a fridge, an oven, a large microwave oven, a dishwasher, and plenty of storage and preparation space. In addition to the 700 sq-ft living space, the apartment has a large storage area, where the private washer and dryer are located. Heating is forced air, with separate control for the apartment. No A/C is available. The rent includes water, garbage, gas, and electricity, assuming normal usage. EV charging is to be negotiated. Small dogs may be allowed, depending on size and character. The space is not suitable for larger dogs. No cat are allowed. Other animals are to be negotiated. Neither smoking/vaping nor candles are allowed. The place is fully furnished, including some kitchen utensils, but most of these items can be moved into the storage area if not needed. High-speed internet is available, could be shared. This is a serene neighborhood, but just a few minutes drive away from the Gourmet Ghetto and the UC campus. One off-street parking spot is available for our tenant(s).
