A small meandering trail leads from your off-street parking spot to your secret getaway in under the beautiful alder trees. Due to loft, and the trail to the tiny house, this is ideal for folks with good mobility & athleticism. Available Furnished with a fold out futon sofa, twin bed in loft, reading chair, side table. If you have your own items, and choose a year lease, we are happy to remove furnishings. Water/Septic/Trash/Electric are all included in the monthly rental fee. 1st/last/deposit expected at time of signing. 1 year lease preferred, may be willing to short term leases, depending on the circumstance. Dogs are so welcome, pet deposit fee of $250 applies. (sorry owner is allergic to cats: so no meows) The large yard space includes a fenced off garden space that is a bit overgrown but open to use of tenants if they have a green thumb.
