I have one room available in our beautiful 1900 Portland Bungalow, on SE 14th, just a block away between SE Morrison and Stark. It's a cozy, vibrant home in a prime location near Revolution Hall, Nostrana, Market of Choice, coffee shops, restaurants bars, and excellent public transit options.

Medium Room: 6+ month lease, with the option to renew or go month-to-month after that

Utilities: Approximately $100 per person per month (varies by season)
Water Bill: Approximately $33 per person every month (cost split evenly among roommates)

Pets: Not allowed. No pets in the house currently, but the co-owner will move in with 3 friendly Maine Coon mix cats around July (indoor-only).

Shauna (She/Her, Co-owner, 53): I work from home as a life coach and artist. I'm a non-smoker, night owl, a meat-eater, a great cook, and love having nice conversations and sharing meals. I'm bubbly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and enjoy connecting with others in the shared spaces.
Who we're looking for:
You (~30-65, any gender): Ideally, you're someone who doesn't work from home, enjoys a tidy and relatively quiet space, likes cats, values clear communication, and enjoys occasional connection around the kitchen. You're a non-cigarette smoker, 420-friendly (outdoors), and prefer a calm, respectful household. No pets, please.
