Well behaved dog or cat is welcome, additional $250 pet deposit and $25 per month pet rent applies. Details: Application fee is $45 per adult. We do a credit, criminal and eviction history background search. To apply, you must drive by first, then reach out to schedule a viewing of the apartment Owner pays garbage, water, sewer and landscaping. We do NOT charge additional utility fee's. Tenant pays for Cable, electricity, gas and any other desired utilities. One year lease required. Parking for two cars off street, 1 in garage, 1 in your personal driveway. No smoking. At lease signing, first months rent and deposit is due. We conduct a credit, criminal background and eviction history check on all applicants. $45 application fee per adult.
