Guests up to 14 days without landlords approval 26. Parking 2 vehicles 27. Trip Charge $50.00 29. Inventory Condition Form tenant to return in to landlord within 14 days after lease start date 30. If Landlord were to install soaker hoses; during dry seasons tenant would agree to use twice per week to keep foundation moist. 31. Landlord shall maintain yard at landlord's expense via a hired lawn crew 32. No smoker NOT even OUTSIDE NO SMOKING AND NO SMOKERS 34. Trip Charges again per 18-E of TAR-2001 the amount can exceed the $50.00 mentioned above or in Paragraph 14C of TAR-2001 if landlord were charged a higher amount by a service provider 35. Assignment or subletting 100% of 1 months' rent procured by tenant or landlord 37. Tenant must provide name, address, email and phone number as an emergency contact for paragraph 34F of lease.
