Located mere minutes from Downtown New Albany, a 15 minute drive from Downtown Louisville, and much more. Easy access to the I-64 bridge--the free one--to be in Louisville within minutes! You'll love the walkable/bikeable neighborhood and New Albany, too, with its eateries, shopping, and plentiful, free parking. (NO SMOKING of ANY substances on the property.) You'll have the whole FURNISHED house as well as a patio and deck and a driveway for off street parking. All utilities are included with the monthly rent! The home includes one queen bed bedroom, a dedicated office with a twin daybed with trundle, and one full bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen provides all you need to make a meal or bring home some great carryout from a local restaurant. The inviting living room allows space for everyone to hang out together around the Roku-enabled TV. The front patio is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or bottle of beer at the end of your day. The house also comes with a full sized washer/dryer for your use. (Dogs allowed. NO CATS due to owner allergies.) The owners live nearby and are always available for questions or issues during your stay. One month stay minimum, three+ months PREFERRED. Because we don't collect all payments in advance, we require all prospective tenants to complete a background check (criminal/credit/eviction). NO SMOKING of ANY substances on the property.
