The free-to-use washer and dryer is available and just 10 feet down the hall...no going to the basement to wash clothes! Central heat, window A/C, ceiling fans, miniblinds. You don't share a bath or kitchen etc. with other apartments. Tenants pays all utilities, but they will be pretty low.
