There is no deposit fee, but there is a $30 application fee in order for the new renter to be approved by the management. After April 30, you can continue to rent this apartment on a month-to-month basis. Owner pays for gas, water/sewer, electricity, and internet. Cable TV is included. The lease is for 4 months, from the move in date after January 7, 2016 to April 30, 2016. After April 30, the renter can extend their lease on a month-by-month basis.
