There is a laundry hookup in the basement for a full-sized washer and dryer, you may rent a washer and dryer from us for an additional $25 per month. Double first months rent will be requested upon move in. This means that you must provide $2400 in the form of cash or check before you can move in. The $1200 security deposit is refundable.
