Hello,I am currently living in a shared 2 bedroom apt very close to UCLA. It is about a 10 minute walk to UCLA or there is a shuttle one block away that students can ride for free. I am planning on moving out after this fall quarter but my lease runs until next Aug. I would like to sublet it to someone that plans on staying from Jan-Aug, but the months are negotiable. It is a 2 bedroom apt, each with a private bathroom, that I share with 3 other people. I'm planning on leaving a bed and possibly a desk. The apartments are very nice, with a small fitness center and a rooftop pool. There is also one parking space available if you have a car.
