Selling "as is." Customized my own blue prints when I bought the place. I made the upstairs completely open for entertaining and created a master bedroom downstairs on the lower level with a marble slab bathroom and shower and a jacuzzi bathtub with a separate double vanity area. Custom cabinetry in the entire unit mostly from local wood worker Martin Nowka, and Rizzo & Co. I made a secret room and had the dirt dug out from underneath the garage and made a stone room with a wine cellar in it. The roof is teak wood in there. I ended up making a closet out of the wine cellar area because I just got sick of people’s drinking period. All bathrooms are beautifully tiled with either Italian imports or just pretty stone tile I liked, metallic slate, etc. And it’s like Fort Knox- it’s so safe. I put metal German Shutters on the interior on every window or door opening and had the motors framed into the wall by creating soffits. I also have surveillance covering just about every inch of the place except for the bathrooms. Heated floor inside. Heated garage floor also and heated driveway. Custom children’s slide in custom built loft on top floor with ladder. It’s very cozy and I love it. Hate to sell it but I’m almost always in Kenai when in Alaska now so I’ve decided to try to just slowly sell it and see what happens “by owner.” And I need to get these disrespectful tenants out.
