This property is excellently located in the 5 points area, very near campus, bus stops, and in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in 5 points. The property mangers are really awesome and willing to help whenever necessary. The apartment itself has hardwood floors throughout, neutral/beige walls, and kept thoroughly clean (I mean with bleach) since I've been living here. There's a lot of closet space in the apartment and built-in bookshelves. You really can't beat this location for the price. Deposit is negotiable
