The room is approximately 13' by 10' and has ample closet space and you will share a bathroom with one of us! The door for our apartment exits to the street and is a two minute walk to the bus and less than 10 minute walk to the train which makes for a very easy commute to Manhattan! I work in Manhattan and the commute could not be easier. We have a washer and dryer in our apartment, a full kitchen, and two and a half bathrooms (including the one in the master bedroom), DINING ROOM, DINETTE AREA, PORCH, LARGE LIVINGROOM, and MORE! We're asking for $900 plus Cable/Internet/Utilities which are split three ways, but average around $100/person. I do own a cat and would consider allowing one small pet if they got along. No smoking allowed inside or on the balcony as it still finds it's way into the apartment.
