It s a quiet area with most tenants being students at UNH. Water and Electric are included in the rent. WiFi and extended basic cable is also included in the rent. I m willing to leave half of the security deposit down to get it off the market faster. No furniture is included. Please contact me for more information. Water and electric are included.
