A little about me: 36yr old female, I work normal business hours for a sales company and go to school. I have one room available in my house for rent. I keep the house clean but am definitely not OCD, live a healthy lifestyle, don't do drugs and there is definitely no drama in the home. During the week I stop by, run errands, work on the yard I am looking for a someone who works full time (government/military) or other professional welcome. No drugs of any kind allowed. Alcohol is totally fine. Generally clean but I don't care if you leave a dish in the sink overnight and clean up in the morning. Paying rent regularly and ontime is a must. Overall just looking for a good person. About the house: House is located near Pelona Vista Park in Avenue R and Division. Easy access to the freeway-4min max. Taco Bell, In and Out and Vallarta are a few stores that are near. 5bd 3 bath. You will have a shared bath in the hall. Street parking. Have two fridge, nice front yard and back yard. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen except the stove. Fireplace in living room. Tile floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Washer/dryer in garage. Very safe street.
