House has 7 rooms ~ living room eat in kitchen den with fireplace three bedrooms and dining room. Home also features large back porch including patio furniture. Pets are allowed with $450 non-refundable fee and back yard consists of a section fenced off with chain link fencing for your pets. Second bathroom has a big hot tub while other bathroom is original to the house. House also has a small office. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and new granite countertop. Please note: We WILL NOT rent house out unfurnished. Security deposit $2000 refundable. Monthly rent: $1,625. House is close to all major shopping, mall and movie theatre. House is close to St Simons Island beach and Jekyll Island. Walk to the mall! Spanish Moss Bungalow is located on a dead end street with some residents living there over 30 years! This is a nice safe neighborhood and convenient to everything. House is decorated and stocked with anything you may need. Yard also has a tot playground with slides playhouse and sandbox. House is completely Furnished ~ trash pickup/water/internet included with rent, near FLETC. Rental qualifications are that applicants together need to make three times the rent amount. Upon execution of lease, tenant needs to contact utility company and switch electric into their name. 6 month minimum stay required or up to one year lease.
