Washer & gas dryer hook up available in basement for an additional small fee to cover additional water usage. Electric and gas for washer and dryer are on unit utilities. No storage allowed in the basement or attic. The apartment has ample closet space for storage. Street parking only. All must complete an application through Zillow prior to viewing as we are limiting showings to only well qualified applicants. First, last and security requited to rent. We will be showing the apartment on 8/27 & 8/28 once the current tenants move out. 12 month lease. First month, last month and security deposit required to rent.
