Tenant pays all utilities & sewer bills and maintains the yard (cuts and rakes the grass and leaves) and keeps the sidewalks, driveway, steps and porches/decks free of snow, ice and other tripping hazards. Renters insurance is required. Landlord may waive the No Pets policy for one small dog or cat. Smoking and/or vaping of any substance inside the home is NOT allowed. No boats or water vehicles may be tied to the bulkhead. Jumping off the bulkhead into the river is prohibited. The successful applicant will have a great credit rating, rental & employment history and references.
