The tenant is responsible to clean the room. The shared spaces are cleaned every day by our personnel. The room is private and has it's own lock. We provide you with one pair of keys, and the tenant is responsible for the cost of replacement, in case of misplacing the keys. The utilities are included on the monthly rent.
