Nestled within the Roosevelt National Forest, this adorable cabin gives ample choices for your hiking adventures. You'll be able to enjoy the sounds of the Poudre River as you sit out on the large Trex deck and take in the mountainous views or enjoy the many hummingbirds that come by to say hello. Want to roast s'mores instead? That's no problem with the large, in-ground firepit surrounded by stone at the back of the home. The 2-bedroom/1 bathroom home has been loved and well maintained, and has important upgrades throughout, including new windows, a newer roof, and updated electrical and wiring (and no hideous overhead lines to block your views most electrical lines have been buried)! The bright living room features a gorgeous, stone faced, wood burning fireplace. Both bedrooms are great sizes with large closets and have private entrances as well. Looking for a space to call your own? Head on out to the large shed, which is wired for electrical and currently being utilized as a "she shed". This cabin is the perfect place to call home or become your go to getaway! While there is no HOA, there is a bridge association fee of $75 a year.
