Unit also has a full size dry basement with tons of storage space. There is also a walk-in attic attached to the lofted bedroom for even more storage space. Unit also features a private portion of the yard. The main portion of the yard, deck, and pool is for the home owner's private use only. Unit includes modern and relatively new appliances: fridge, dishwasher, oven with stove top, microwave. Unit has washer and dryer in the unit, central air for heat and ac. Window AC for loft bedroom. Unit is also equipped with standby generator for any power outages. Also included is refuse removal, lawn care, snow plowing. Heat and hot water are fueled by propane. Propane not included in the rent. Electric is also not included in the rent. This unit is on a quiet, family neighborhood, dead end road. It is minutes to I-95, Route 33, C&J Bus line, Pease Airport, Target, Lowe's, a 10 minute drive to downtown Portsmouth. Lots of great parks in the area at Great Bay, Stratham Hill, Wagon hill, conservation land trails, etc. High speed wifi internet included but also option for your own account. Water included. 2 off street parking spots in the driveway included (no garage access). Pet friendly: dogs only, no cats. 1 medium sized (50ish pounds) or smaller dog is allowed so long as he/she meets the home owner's insurance policy and pet policy addendum in the lease (namely - must be friendly with the owner's family and pets and not too noisy, aggressive, nor destructive). Will consider 2 smaller dogs. We also have an invisible fence system that tenants can buy their own collar for and utilize. Pets add $50 more dollars per month per pet on the rent. Lease Duration: 1 year lease. Deposits: 1st month rent and security deposit due at lease signing Pet friendly: see description ($50/mo per pet) Included: Water, Internet (but can get your own account too if you want). 2 dedicated off street parking spots in driveway (no garage access). In unit laundry. Refuse removal. Lawn care. Snow removal. Not Included: Electricity, Propane (heat, hot water) Other: Non smokers, no exceptions. Main yard, deck, and pool access are for the owner's private family use. Unit does offer its own private yard. Guests welcome but only small groups as this is a small family neighborhood and we require on street parking for guests (also negotiable to use driveway per circumstance). Over night on street parking limited to 2 nights (also negotiable per circumstance)
