Preble street is nestled in the middle of 3 dead end roads that create a nice little community that offers a wonderful blend of large families and seniors. Our family owns both the apartment building next door and the parking lot and building that boarders the backyard. I manage the apartment building as an airbnb and keep strict rules about noise.
Bingham is a quiet town with a lot of potential. Options for working from home have become more available since Fidium brought high speed internet. MSAD 13 is a wonderful little school district, or Bingham also has a very welcoming homeschool community.
