The second bedroom features two very large closets and ample space for a bed and storage. Rental is November 1 and arrangements for showing can be made. Unit comes unfurnished although current tenants may be open to selling some of the items that fit the space particularly well. Because I am invested in this home, I want to find the right tenants to care for and enjoy it. Tenant covers all utilities which average out over the year at about $250-$300 (at least the way I was living in it). Sorry - no pets or smoking allowed (not allowed on the property). Available starting November 1 - lease will end at end of May 2025 with option to extend. Current amazing tenants are moving away to be closer to family, and they had a June - May lease which I'd like to stick with for timeframe.
