The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a vermont castings gas stove and dining room. High speed internet available for remote workers! The kitchen does not have a dishwasher and the washer dryer are in an extra room next to the living room There is a large breezy porch that wraps around two sides of the house and looks over the brook across the street. The floors are refinished old pine. The house is a Sears Roebuck four square so the bedrooms all connect and the bathroom is as big as a bedroom. Outdoor space is ample and there is a swing-set and a well established garden. The village is quiet and peaceful and the views are beautiful. Jay peak is 28 min away and the border to Canada is only minutes away. Pets are possible with excellent references. We also require proof of income of 3x the monthly rent. Credit/background check and landlord/employment references. Photos are recent but not of the exact current state.
