I have one room available (second room pictured) for December 1st for $925 a month and another room (first room pictured) opening for January 1st for $1000 a month. It comes with a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, large storage closet and private backyard. The room for $1000 has its own entrance. Heat and hot water are included in the rent, while electric, wifi, and cooking gas will be split in 3. I am a 25 year old male working at a hotel in Greenpoint and also at a wine shop in Union Square. I am currently in the basement of the 2 floor apartment which I have my own bathroom, living area and dining. So the only thing to be shared with me would be the kitchen. I am looking for cool roommates to share this amazing apartment with. I am 4/20 friendly and do not mind company or noise of any kind. Please hit me up to come view the apartment.
