There are laundry hookups in the garage downstairs. Renter is responsible for putting all utilities (water, power, garbage, internet) in their own names and paying bills in a timely fashion. If owner is notified of billing delinquency, lease terms will be revisited by both parties and lease is subject to cancellation. Lawn care may be completed by renter. Renter has the option to have owner manage lawn care at a cost of $100 per month.
