Past the kitchen and you will enter the master suite with a King size bed and a large bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. You can also access the patio through the french doors from the bedroom as well. Upstairs there is a loft area with King bed and 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has 2 twins and Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a flat screen TV. This 2nd floor has a full bath with a shower. Note that in historic homes like this-- the stairway going upstairs has higher and more narrow risers. This home has a large landscaped yard, enclosed outdoor shower and a patio with dining set and gas grill. There is a distance peak of the ocean from the backyard and the upstairs. A/C slimline units are in three locations downstairs: master bedroom, living room, and dining/kitchen. There are window units in each of the two bedrooms upstairs. It is a short walk to Chatham Village for Shopping and Restaurants -Mill Pond access is a hop, skip and a jump from the house for kayaking or Stand Up paddle boarding- Lighthouse Beach is just down the lane! Parking for 2 cars - possibly 3 by using extra parking area off front yard. This home comes with a Back to Basics Bag. All with compliments from the owner! A large reusable tote comes with: 2 Rolls toilet paper, Tissues, Hand Soap, Sponge, 2 Trash Bags, Dish Soap, Dish Washing Detergent, Hand Sanitizer, Paper Towel, Laundry Detergent No Pets and No Smoking Please! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
