Rental application required from ALL occupants 18 and older. This pulls a credit check and background check and enables you to upload proof of income and is $30. 2) Property manager (yes, this is a family run business!) will contact you with showing preference (i.e. virtual or in person) options. 3) Property manager calls references. 4) If both parties agree this is a good fit, property manager will email you the lease (via Zillow), you will have 24 hours to ask questions, sign, and deposit. 5) Move in on agreed date and start your seamless transition to Portland!
