About this Historic Home This historic home (coined the Lattimore-Pratt House by Somerville's Historical Preservation Commission) was built in 1874 by the Pratt Family, who subdivided their property to build this two-family Mansard structure (which was later subdivided into a 4-family in the 1980's). Peter Lattimore, a dock worker for a local shipping company in Charlestown lived in the part nearest the corner, while members of the Pratt family lived in the other section. At the time of our purchase in May 2016, this home had been severely neglected and we worked with Somerville's Historical Preservation Commission to revitalize the home to look like it did back in the 1800s while adding all the modern amenities such as new cabinets, granite counters, luxury bathrooms, and central air/heat to bring the property into the 21st century. The home, both inside and out, is truly spectacular.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
