Back bump out and patio was torn off and reconstructed in 2018. 2X6 walls; concrete floors. The patio is poured concrete retaining wall and concrete floor. Two upper patio seating areas area (25X25 and 12X16) are pea gravel. Windows and siding were replaced on the rest of the house in 2021. (Triple-pane windows and LP SmartSide siding.) The small, old entry portico was replaced with a full-length front porch with composite decking.
