A lot of Major updates since 2008. I love all the updates as well as the comfort. Energy efficient home. New roof 2006, New central heat and air 2008, New hot water heater 2008, New double pain windows and 12 ft patio door 2009, New side and front door 2009, New insulation 2010, All new floors 2011, New toilets 2011, New wood burning stove in 2012. The great room, kitchen and front entrance are all sheet rock 2013. All new appliances in 2012 except the stove. Most of the water pipes have been replaced in 2011. My family has outgrown this house my loss your gain.
